    The autor was Charles Dickens.
The tittle is "historia de dos ciudades"

  2. Hello everybody, here are my solutions:
    a) This book was written by Charles Dickens in 1859.
    b) The name of the book is "A Tale of Two Cities"
    c) The transcription of the audio is:
"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair."
    d) The book establishes its timeline before and after the French Revolution in two different cities: London and Paris. It starts in 1775 with Doctor Alexandre Manette's 18-year imprisonment liberation in the Bastille, and Lucie, his daughter, who receives that news. Then around five years later in London, a man called Charles Darnay, is accused of espionage, but he is declared innocent. Lucie and Charles get in love and they finally marry, that leads to the birth of their daughter. Then, Charles has to travel back to France because he must save his uncle's servants kept by the revolutionaries in 1792. He gets imprisoned too and his father-in-law, considered a hero, has to testify on his behalf, although everything is useless. The book ends with the decapitation of Carton, Darnay's lawyer who was in love with Lucie and promised her to sacrifice himself on somebody she loves' (Darnay) behalf.

    The autor was Charles Dickens.
The tittle is "history of two cities"

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, the age of wisdom, and also of madness; the age of belief and unbelief; the age of light and darkness; the spring of hope and the winter of despair.
they are based mostly on stories played by children or adolescents and show an intention to reprimand or denounce British society of the time. In this historical novel, life is told in the eighteenth century, at the time of the French Revolution.

At the same time the story takes place in two countries: England and France, and in the cities of London and Paris, respectively at the time of the dawn of the French Revolution. The first city would symbolize in some way peace and tranquility, the simple and orderly life; while the second would represent agitation, challenge and chaos, the conflict between two worlds at a time when drastic social changes are announced.
