ABOUT WHOM AM I TALKING?

Some clues about this person:

a) His sister was Margarita, the little girl who was the subject of Velázquez's masterpiece Las Meninas.

b) His description: his jaw stood so much out that his two rows of teeth could not meet; I would be quite happy with him in our classroom because he was unable to eat a chewing gum and his tongue was so large that he couldn't almost speak.

I think you are talking about Charles II (brother of Margarita Teresa of Austria)

Margarita only had two brothers, Baltasar Carlos and Carlos II. Baltasar Carlos died young, so you are talking about Carlos II, the last Austria. He was ill and his jaw stood much out, but, the clue “b” is also an insinuation, it isn’t?

This character is Charles II, he was born on November 6, 1661 in Madrid (son of Philip IV and Mariana of Austria).

He was born weak and sick, little physically gifted and mentally. Child suffered rickets, as is recorded in its bulging head and he couldn't walk normally until age 10, he was the heir of Philip IV.
His training and culture were scarce.
