Do you know the contest "Saber y Ganar", in La 2? It has a section called "La parte por el todo". You had to answer: Who is he? Who was his wife? Why is he important in the unit we are studying (Al-Andalus)?

    He is the king Alfonso VIII of Castilla. His wife was Leonor Plantagenet. He was important because he defeated the Almohads at the Battle of Las Navas de Tolosa in 1212.

    He was "Alfonso VIII de Castilla". His wife was Leonor Plantagenet.
    He was important because he defeated the "almohades" in the "batalla de las Navas
    de Tolosa", that it was in 1212.
